the room was small and lacked basic amenities, like AC, which totally ruined my sleep. i thought I woudl get some special treatment but I guess not, just a room like everyone else. absoluteley disappointing, almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Well-placed with a tram stop right outside,, making it easy to explore Basel. The room was tidy and the fresh air from outside was lovely with the window open.
No air conditioning,, causing discomfort on warm nights. Limited breakfast options left much to be desired.

I found the room quite small and warm without air conditioning, which made my nights uncomfortable. The pillows had an unpleasant odor. it felt like they weren't dried properly after washing. While the location is good for public transport, the noise from the city kept me up at night.
